SIS is suitable for supporting tissue incorporation in many surgical procedures and is engineered to provide support throughout the remodeling process. SIS has been used in thousands of patients for general soft tissue reconstruction, urogynecologic procedures such as urethral sling placement for treating urinary stress incontinence and pelvic floor reconstruction, wound treatment, and repair of body wall defects including ventral and inguinal hernias.

SIS products can be cut, rolled, or folded, to accommodate clinical requirements.
SIS surgical products are pliable to facilitate handling, yet strong enough to allow suturing and stapling.
SIS products are supplied sterile and have a shelf life of at least 18 months.
