and distributed through various distributors including Cook Surgical,
Cook Urological Incorporated, Wilson-Cook Medical Inc. and Healthpoint
Ltd.
CBI was founded in 1995 with shared ownership by Cook Group Incorporated, Purdue Research Foundation and Methodist Hospital/Clarian Health Partners to create commercial medical products from bioscaffolds such as small intestinal submucosa (SIS).
